Hi, I’m Flor!
My journey started in Law, but for more than three years I have been dedicated to designing digital products intended to feel simple and easy to use. I get involved in the entire process: from understanding users and business goals to defining clear solutions that connect both worlds.
I create digital tools where strategy, aesthetics, and functionality work together. I aim for technology to go unnoticed, to be at the service of the experience and not the other way around.
I work through collaboration, with curiosity and continuous improvement, building digital experiences that are clear, coherent, and meaningful.
APPROACH
Strategy and work methodology
End-to-end product design
I work holistically across the product, connecting research, design, and delivery. I focus on understanding the problem from both the business and user perspectives to define solutions that are not only usable, but also truly adopted and scalable within the product.
Data-driven strategy
I make design decisions based on real user behavior, combining analytics, qualitative feedback, and iterative validation. I aim to reduce uncertainty before development and adjust quickly after launch.
Design applied to AI
I work on integrating AI-based features into the product, focusing on making them clear, useful, and actionable for the user. I’m especially interested in how AI can improve existing workflows without adding friction or unnecessary complexity.
Design systems and scalability
I contribute to the evolution of components and patterns to maintain consistency and efficiency in the product. I aim for design not only to solve specific cases, but also to establish reusable foundations for the team.
